Matthew Leung is a Sydney-based filmmaker with U.S. and Hong Kong screen industry experience. His short films were selected to screen at the Academy-Award-qualifying LA Shorts International Film Festival, Asian American International Film Festival, Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival, Golden Harvest Awards, and ifva Awards.

He also has substantial experience producing TV commercials, including creating proposals, pitching, casting, location scouting, production coordination, and liaising with clients.

Outside of screen production, he coordinated international film festivals in Los Angeles, and has taught screen and media programs at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. He currently teaches a Screen Arts and Production subject at UTS.
